This long-term Rural Communications Plan developed by the Nepal Telecommunications Corporation will provide modern, solar-powered telecommunications service to many nearly inaccessible areas. Multiple Access Radio Telephone Systems (MARTS) and VSAT systems are networked to service 1,000 ``llakas" (service areas).
